Recognizing Needs

We have always approached our clients needs from a business-owner's, rather than a technical person's point of view. Over the years we recognized a pattern developing where customers were losing important information and suffering financial losses as a result of inadequate backup procedures. To address this problem, Res-Q Automated Backup was first developed in 1994 under the name Total Recall. Since then it has undergone several major revisions to support the 32-bit environments of Windows 98 and Windows NT and to make it the most reliable and feature-rich product available. Today, Res-Q offers more choices and flexibility than any other automated backup product and is backed by our own team of service professionals to ensure your data protection needs are met. Developing Real-World Solutions

Bengal Software is our software development division, with a primary focus on producing solution-providing utilities. The premiere product of Bengal Software is our Res-Q Automated Backup service.  Res-Q is a full service backup solution, utilizing our own 32-bit Windows automation tools and Internet services to provide full unattended backups whenever you need them. We have also produced several complementary utilities for our dealers and customers to make data protection as effortless as possible.
