AGREEMENT OF LICENSE AND NON-DISCLOSURE (demonstration software)

Bengal Computer Solutions is pleased to offer , known herein after as the client, a  demonstration version of their software (the software). Notwithstanding the provisions of the software’s license agreement, in order to protect our rights of authorship and ownership of the software, we require that you also agree to the following Rights and Ownership clause for demonstration software.

RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP 

All rights, title and ownership of the software and accompanying materials remains the exclusive property of 351861 B.C. Ltd., o/a Bengal Computer Solutions and Bengal Software or its assignee.
The client is authorized to use the software for the purpose of a demonstration system for a period of 30 uses, on a single computer and on a single site only.
The client undertakes not to reproduce, sell, or attempt to sell any part or all of the software or it’s documentation or accompanying materials.
The client further undertakes not to use or allow any other party to use the software or it’s documentation or accompanying materials for any purpose other than the demonstration granted.
The client further undertakes not to make any attempt to extract source code, reverse-engineer, or in any way violate the proprietary nature of the software.
Upon termination of the 30-use demonstration period, the client agrees to delete and purge all copies of the software from all computers and return all media and documentation to Bengal Computer Solutions.
