We've now completed the major parts of our website redesign, linking our Bengal and Res-Q Automated Backup sites in several key areas. One recent addition is the FAQ and support section for each. Please feel free to peruse these areas and let us know what you think. The redesign is still a work-in-progress, with the ultimate goal being to fully integrate our Bengal and Res-Q websites, thereby offering you the easiest, most complete access to information, all from one place. While we continue working on this project, you may notice some of the familiar old menu items changing. Please check back frequently to see what we have in store for you. In addition, Bengal's website is now listed with ICRA, the Internet Content Rating Association (formerly RSAC). This listing allows those with content-filtering browsers full access to our site, assuring them that the site content is free of questionable or objectionable materials. Our Bengal Software division has now completed several utilities to enhance the delivery of backup services, inlcuding NT Backup Ancilla and NT/2000 Services Ancilla. These helper programs were developed primarily for our Res-Q Automated Backup service dealers, but are now available to the public at a very reasonable cost.  We also have available our new DriveCheck and DriveCheck Professional; two utilities to monitor and report on free drive space, a must-have for SQL and other disk-gobbling database users. DriveCheck Professional features email and pager alerting when drive free space limits are reached, thereby allowing administrators to take preventive action before data corruption problems occur. Custom software development is also available to our clients, and we are working on other applications to be released soon.
