Res-Q Automated Backup Personal and Professional Editions are subscription services that include an account on our backup server for remote storage of your backups. Your initial subscription for Personal Edition includes one year of service, 50MB of storage space, unlimited online restores and FREE lifetime software upgrades for US$12.95 (Cdn $19.95) per month plus any applicable taxes. Professional Edition includes advanced automation and scheduling ability and upgrades your storage space to 100MB for US$29.95 (Cdn $44.95) per month. Res-Q Automated Backup is also available as a Client Edition for an annual fee of US$39.95 (Cdn $59.95). In this mode of operation, Res-Q can be used to back up workstation clients to your own server, then in turn those backups can be included with your server's Professional Edition offsite backup.
Until recently, Res-Q Automated Backup has been available only through authorized servicing dealers. Although you have received the software electronically, we regret that we are not yet able to electronically process your payments for Internet transactions. Before issuing a product activation key, we must have your approval to bill your Visa/Mastercard account monthly for this amount and you must read and agree to the service agreement, located here. Upon receipt of this information from you, we will set up your account and provide a product activation key and you may begin using the service immediately.
