Upon successful transmission of a backup file, Res-Q leaves a message box on the screen to inform you of the status. As well, choosing "View Backup History" from the "Reports" pull-down menu at the top of the screen, allows you to check the status of any backup. From the window that appears, select the backup you want to view and summary information for that backup will be displayed in the right-hand window pane. This information will include whether it was successfully sent or not. From this same pull-down menu, you can also choose "Log Options", which allows you to enable logging of individual error types. Once enabled, logging will write summary or detailed information to a file, which you can view or print out at any time.
