Res-Q can be started automatically each time your computer starts up, simply by adding a shortcut to Res-Q in the Windows startup folder. This procedure is well documented in the Windows help system. When creating your shortcut, you may specify a "set" file for Res-Q to use upon starting, by following the command line with a single space and then the name of the set file. For example, the command line might say: ["C:\Program Files\Res-Q Automated Backup\res-q.exe" mybackup.set] If you do not specify a set file, Res-Q will assume that it should use the "default.set" file. To have Res-Q automatically minimize itself into the Windows system tray upon startup, in the Res-Q "options" tab, check the box that says "autostart timer". The Res-Q icon will appear in the system tray after loading and you may verify the start time simply by placing your mouse cursor over the icon without clicking.
