When minor changes are made to the Res-Q program file, we will post the new executable on our website. To upgrade your software, simply download the current executable file and place it in the folder where you installed Res-Q Automated Backup, choosing to overwrite the old file when prompted. This must be done when Res-Q is not running. If you are running Res-Q as a system service, you must go into the Windows Control Panel > Services, and stop the service before replacing the executable file. For more information,
