DriveCheck and DriveCheck Pro are automation agents designed to monitor multiple local or networked drives and report when user defined free space limits are reached. Drive checks are performed at regular user defined intervals. Reporting is done through one or more methods. DriveCheck reports on-screen only, while DriveCheck Pro offers more flexibility, including on-screen, logging to a file, dialing a numeric pager, or sending email. All preferences and settings are stored for later re-use.

The NT Backup Ancilla is an ancillary or helper program for the Microsoft NT command line backup program. NT Backup Ancilla provides a WISH (What It Should Have been) graphical interface, mirroring the capabilities of the command line program. In addition, it overcomes some of NT Backup's inherent limitations by allowing you to save preferences and settings for later re-use, launch Rdisk.exe to create an emergency boot disk, and capture the temporary catalog files created by the NT Backup program. A built in zip utility saves these catalog files in a compressed format to floppy or hard disk. This feature cuts restore times in half by eliminating the need to rebuild the catalog before a restore can be performed, a long standing complaint of anyone that's used Microsoft's NT Backup program.

The NT/2000 Service Ancilla is also an ancillary or helper program which allows you to easily display and control system services. NT/2000 Services Ancilla is designed to be used in conjunction with NT Backup Ancilla or as a standalone program prior to performing a full system backup or whenever services control is required. It allows selection of multiple services which may be stopped or restarted in batch mode or while unattended. Preferences and settings may be saved to a file for later re-use. When used with NT Backup Ancilla, the program may be launched seamlessly from within the calling program and will return control to NT Backup Ancilla when finished.
